Our waitress, Anna, was fantastic. She was, in my opinion, the true saving grace of our experience here. The food, unfortunately, as nice as it was, sadly did not live up to the expectations in terms of the children's meals. While as the responsible adults, we went for a sharer meal, it wasn't quite what we expected when it came out. Certainly a lesson learnt, and individual meals next time.

I usually enjoy visiting different branches of this restaurant, and the experience has always been great. However, at this particular location, things were quite different. It seemed like they were short on staff and not fully prepared for the service.
There were only three waiters managing all the customers, which clearly wasn’t enough. As a result, the service was very slow—I had to wait a long time to be served and even longer to receive my food. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t as tasty as I expected, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, the staff were polite, and there is a parking area next to the restaurant where you can register your plate inside.
Overall, I hope they can improve the staffing situation and food quality to match the great experiences I’ve had at other branches.

Steak was delicious and we were attended by a very polite waitress. Greens with steak perfectly al dente cooked and we liked the choice of sauces that came with steak. Only ordered steak and a side dish with greens instead of chips, but we were full after finishing.

A perfect experience to celebrate mine and my husband's birthdays. Service was outstanding. Waiter spoke Spanish and chose to speak to my father in law who is Spanish in his language - a very special touch. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely circular table which was very sociable. The food was amazing. Everything was PERFECT!

Ania was very friendly with us, very empathic and actually listening to us, and believe she should get a raise 👀
Food was absolutely smashing. I don’t have photos but I had sea bass. It’s kind of a shame the skin wasn’t crispy enough but to be fair I did leave it for last so it must have softened up a bit.
The atmosphere is rustic which I like. But the red couches are incredibly uncomfortable which is a shame because the interior is beautiful.
